Purple

This is my sadly belated response to Meg's request to have me begin posting again. I am here to contemplate the color purple. Yes, it's true. You may be thinking 1) this guy is a complete nut, why is he not discussing the joys of butterscotch ice cream, I mean really! 2) um, what the holy deep-fried banana-and-coconut fritters does this have to do with what we think, the blog name, and you being the Muffin Man 3) Be one with the force. Only then can you truly understand the depth of your path and your destiny, oh and by the way, if you pass a Starbucks, I would really love a medium Brazilian iced mocha with cream 4) Yes, 42 is the answer to life, the universe, and everything, how did they guess OR 5) Yep, he's my best friend, I have to deal with his nerdy quirky attitude all the time, I get used to it.... Anyway, now I'm here to discuss purple. I feel purple is an under appreciated color. It is beautiful. It can be bright, subdued, vibrant, elegant, rich, bold, quiet, snappy, drab, exquisite, or even magnificent. Purple is also a good way to describe Uncle Vernon's face on many occasions, for those of you who have read the Harry Potter books. Now purple does have a rival, violet. Violet took the name of the flower, the assumption of beautiful, and a much cooler name. So I'm sticking up for the underdog, purple. SO WHO'S WITH ME????
